In Stellenbosch, she develop recipes to best illustrate the fusion of South African and Malay cuisine, known as ‘Cape-Malay’ cuisine. She onboard Queen Elizabeth 2 for two years, where she had the opportunity to work around the world, tailoring a variety of menus and cuisines for various regions globally.
