Chinatown Stingray!My Favourite!

Enough of restaurants introductions!For now, i will recommend some local food which all Singaporeans in LOVE!Stingray! Sounds scary???Actually not really! It really taste appealing that u would eat it once a week!Those who love spicy food,please noted down the address and enjoy this local dish!

If u are going on weekends,please be there around 5pm as they start their business during dinner hours!Location will be at Chinatown Complex Food Centre. Located at Level 2,Beside #02-198(which is Beside the Famous Claypot A Stall called Chang Ji BBQ Cooked Food!


Highly recommended Food,Stingray-$8sgd,Sotong-$8sgd and Oil vegetable-$3sgd!2bowl of white rice $0.30cents!I suppose 3people can share these few dishes and enjoy the food very much!

Above its the Oil vegetables-7/10!It taste crunchy and delicious!

Above its the Sotong:8/10!It's bigger than other stalls in Singapore!Its Sambal chilli really is Hot and spicy!

Above is the Stingray 9/10!Best served with the Sambal chilli and rice!Fantanstic!
